TTOB: Even for Japanese-developed mecha games, there's more than enough Xbox ones to go around. The new one from From Soft, Metal Wolf Chaos, looks to be the pinnacle. Amazing game.
This game is horrid.

You get more value for your money with an Xbox also (2 free games + no memory card).

no memory card and Halo 2 on live is wayy too good for me to pass up. Do the two games that come with the box have "not for resale" on them? I'd want to trade them in for the original Halo and 2 if possible.

MrparisSM said:It depends really. Sure PS2 has the bigger back-catalog of "good/great" games. But Xbox has had the most triple A titles this year. And some of the PS2 titles that are considered "great" are dated and not so fun anymore... Onimusha has not aged well with it's dated graphics and horrible controls, neither has MGS 2. I just got around to playing it recently and hated it. So if you want the most up-to-date gaming at it's best, and the most technologically advanced console, with the best Online network. Choose the Xbox.

Crimson Skies is the best online experience for any console, period. Return to Castle Wolfenstein, MechAssault, Halo 2, and Top Spin are close though.
Halo 2 is probably the more varied online experience, with a wealth of options. Unreal ChampionShip is pretty damned fun online too.
