i'm surprised there aren't more responses now that we have closure. people don't care enough if they're not "owning" cereal killer? CK, did you want the relationship to end before this all happened?

Ok here is a summary of the events

May 2008 : I kissed a french-japanese (How can you resist?) girl at a college party (without tongue)
1 week after... I tell her because I feel guilty

She consider this cheating.

On june 24 she goes at a party and pass the entire evening flirting with a guy and they end up in a bed not having sex but almost.

The week after she seems strange, so I ask her if something happened and she say no.

She change her relationship status on facebook - from couple to nothing - (the reason she gives me is that she wants to take away personnal information for safety reason).

2 days after she accept a dude that requested friendship 2 days before she changes her profile (This was I think so he doesnt know she's with someone)

Being suspicious, I ask her again if something happened with this guy and she said no.

She start chatting with him on MSN almost every night when I sleep (I'm working at 4am)

Last week I find the email from the guy telling her how it was a great night and how he can't wait to go further (which is having sex I suppose). I check and she replied the same day telling him what I said in the OP.

This is why I'm pissed:

1: She lied everytime I asked her about what happened
2: She even denied the event after I confronted her (She don't remember .....)
3: She was planning a visit to him 400km away and she was planning on leaving me when she had enough money to get another appartment (which would leave me unable to pay the entire rent)

I'm sorry, but this still doesn't add up.

1) Kissing someone is a betrayal of trust in a relationship. It is by very definition cheating, because you are cheating your partner. There is no scale-of-intimacy on which the act of betrayal becomes cheating, no matter what specifics there are ("no tongues" as you have said). Exceptions to this concern open relationships or predetermined boundaries between the partners, but there is no evidence of that here.

2) You're given reason for cheating (french-japanese "(How can you resist?) ), which you seem to think is some sort of justification, is absurd. You were attracted to someone so you betrayed your partner. How can a person resist this? Its a relatively new phenomena, called willpower and self-awareness, there may be a wiki on it or something.

3) You say that "she consider this cheating". In a previous thread, you have been quoted as saying "When I cheated....." etc. It seems that you seem to think it was cheating too.

4) Was there any issues like this before you cheated? If not, then it appears that you are responsible for shattering the trust in this relationship.

I hope you think about these, and stop considering yourself the innocent victim in all of this.

I am sorry that you are in an uncomfortable position. No matter how the relationship lost its trust, I imagine that the last few months have not been pleasant. You feel betrayed, and your ex-girlfriend's behaviour is unforgivable. I'm just seeing the rest of this thread now. There is nothing for me to say that Mama Robotnik hasn't said. From stating how he felt deceived and frustrated with Cereal's lack of explaining (I believe Cereal only came back because of what Robotnik said), to Robotnik's last post which dissected all remaining points. There is nothing left for me to add. I've already expressed my disgust with the OP and why in several posts.

It doesn't look like he learned anything based on his recent update. Cereal expecting his ex to apologize when it's obvious this relationship ended when he cheated is just hilarious. He doesn't understand how he damaged the trust in his failed relationship and why his ex did what she did.

I will await for his next thread when the French-Japanese girl leaves his ass.

If the relationship ended, she should've ended it like a decent person instead of being all passive aggressive about it...

Since the thread has already been bumped, and I'm desperate for some sort of closure on my tag, Cereal KiIIer, did things work out with the half-Japanese girl? I take it you and your ex are no longer on speaking terms?

And looking back, do you think you could have handled this a bit more smoothly? (on both GF and GAF)
