Finally listened to this weeks bombcast

I would be down for a premium show where Dan and Jeff eat various foods they have never eaten.

Did they end up playing Dong Dong Never Die on UPF? That game could use more GB appearances.

No, because Brad wasn't there. We need to remind him to play it on next UPF, the Whiskey segment of that game is amazing.

Like every other in-joke or meme that comes from Giant Bomb, the community eventually pets it to death, ala Lennie from of Mice and Men.

Gang Beasts was hilarious the first time, funny the second time, now it's just okay.

Gang Beasts is effing hilarious every single time. I can't wait for the Jeff x Dan x Brad x Danny matches (100% the best Gang Beasts lineup that doesn't include Vinny).

I think it was better the second time because it had been updated with better levels.
In fact, each time they play it there is something new.

they always do something to make it interesting so far, its just that if they can continue do it everytime.

It really sucks having to wait a month until we get their reactions to the ppv's. If only they did a weekly show like alt f1...

I did not really hate anything until Cena does win - whic he 100% will (and then grin)

Tag match was MOTY stuff. Diva match was a letdown though - pity. Swagger had great crowd interaction so it helped his match, and Lana pushed the pro-Russia stuff as much as she could which was good to see. Ambrose attacks were fun as hell all night. The thought the Y2J match could have beeb better, but they will obviously repeat that at Summerslam. Great spots in the Battle Royal, so not mcuh to complain about there (other than the winner).

I kinda get tired of seeing the same games over and over(in a general sense, hasn't happenend lately) but at least Gang Beasts gets updates and there's a lot more chaos which can lead to hilarious moments. Now Windjammers; that shit will put me right to sleep. Conversation shuts down and its just... nothing. Watching dudes play games with no funny commentary, nothing zany to riff off of. I could just go to a random twitch stream for that kinda content. Like that Baseball game thing, from the last upf, I completely tuned out when that shit came on. Really not interesting at all to me.

Listening to my first Powerbombcast (ep. 10) and was surprised that Alex was hosting. Does he always host and is his sound quality always so low? I know Jeff said their Skype calls were bonked and this was a true phone call.

He always hosts and nope its usually better since he would be on Skype, but i guess some serious stuff happened this time around. Actually its Dan who would usually sound off at times since he was so far away.

Maybe the fact that I had negative hype going in helped, but I did not dislike this much. It was a solid Watch Dogs level PPV.Sure, everyone will panic when Cena wins, but the stuff before hand was not terrible.

At the very least, it did not make me angry at the company, which is always a plus point

He always hosts and usually the sound quality is fine.

Also Gang Beasts and Windjammers are by far the best games to watch the guys play. Watching Dan laugh historically at characters attempting to stand up with poor physics for 30 minutes isn't all that much fun.

As long as it's not about WW2 in Africa.

I guess I'm blessed in that I love watching them play pretty much anything.

That PPV was pretty boring. It actually had some similarities to December to Dismember but it's way less memorable. Can't wait for the next Powerbombcast.

...aaaaaand, how can anyone not like watching Gang Beasts? It's never once felt old to me and I get tired of things super fast usually.

Look, I will say this: as bored as I sometimes am of Gang Beasts, I very much looking forward to seeing Dan play it. Also, if Cara and Tina really do come back and play with Vinny and Alex that would be awesome.

I like Gang Beats, but I feel they need to tinker with the default number of lives. 5 per person stretches on a bit long for my tastes - especially since some boards (such as the conveyor belt & wrestling ring) make kills more difficult to accomplish.

I eagerly await the addition of stairs, though.
