What you hear is the mic likely picking up audio through his TV or earphone. I believe Sony doesn't allow in-game chat to be streamed/recorded.

Yeah they always mirror the images when you see them on screen (like for Kinect stuff for example).

Just wanted to say that a few months ago, I felt nothing but doom and gloom about Giant Bomb. With Vinny leaving and Brad and Jeff bickering, I was worried.

I cant say how wrong I ended up being. The recent changes and additions to the cast have made this some extremely entertaining content. Dan is so perfect for this site that its a shame he couldnt have been here sooner. Brad hosting the podcast is also a very welcome change. I still like when Jeff hosts, but by making Brad the host, he is ALWAYS engaged. No more sleepingbrad.gif, which has helped the overall feel of the show.

Sorry for going so meta, but just wanted to say that I really love the direction they are going now.

You talking about Hunt for Red October? If so, then Sean Connery is indeed a Russian Submarine Captain. If I recall correctly, the way that the narration plays out is that in the movie, they are talking to each other in their native language, but to the viewer, it's just English.

If an actor can't do an accent well then I'd prefer they not do one at all. See: Connery in HfRO and Tom Cruise in Valkyrie. Not to mention the scores of British actors who play Nazis but speak in their natural accents.
