I have the biggest motherfucking pimple on my ass it's not funny. I can't sit down straight because if I sit on it it hurts like fucking hell. How the fuck do you get a pimple on your ass. I've fucking been racking my brain trying to find out how I could get a pimple on my ass. I've never had anything like this in my life. Man this sucks.

Number one solution in avoiding ass pimples:

Wash your ass (and don't sit on it so much).

If it's extremely large, it may actually be a boil...in which case, you might want to consider having it lanced.
