GoD of W3R!!

I also think God Of War is better. DMC is not less of a button smasher than GOW and it's a bit on the hard side for no reason. Ninja Gaiden plays great but i'm turned off by the level design that is boring. Too much large empty space for nothing. It feels "empty" and repetitive. GOW's level design is top notch imo. I also prefer the old Greece setting than both DMC and Ninja Gaiden settings. Yup, GOW is my pick.

this is your problem

the game isnt hard when you dont sit there and mash all day.

I just finished it myself this weekend. The only thing I wish they did was include more boss battles. The plot was very cool too.

Once you come to grips with the game, DMC3 really isn't hard. It's just that it's extremely frustrating until you hit that level. Once you get there though(which really doesn't take THAT much work), it's unbeatable.

Ninja Gaiden was a great game, I enjoyed the hell out of it.. but it has nothing on God of War. One thing must be said though, climbing up the
spinning spike shit to get out of Hades
is one of the most terribly designed sequences of a game I can remember. It's just needlessly frustrating.

Couldn't be arsed to try DMC3.

God of War was fun but it was a bit too easy for my tastes. Some of the portions that seemed like they should be harder just didn't live up and I played through Spartan and God mode as well but was never really challenged all that much. The only portions that gave me trouble were some of the rope-walking sequences and the platforming sequences and that was mainly because the controls for these actions always felt off to me. Some of the moves were really similar as well. There was very little reason to differentiate your combos. All in all though, I would say that it was a fun game and I am interested to see what they can do with it. I still liked DMC better, partially due to the cutscenes and of course, I cannot doubt Ninja Gaiden.

Devil May Cry and Ninja Gaiden are elitist games that will be remembered by the elitist gamers. God of War will be remembered by casual gamers.
:lol :lol Anybody calling themselves an elitist.....isn't.
