Hi,
I just picked up God of War in Switzerland, and it seems to work fine in English on my PS2. However, there's a note in the front of the manual in various languages about the version 50000 PS2 that I don't understand. Can anyone explain what it says?

Well, I was kind of hoping someone in Euroland might have an idea of what I was talking about, but here we go in German:

well it says that you should read the manual of the PlayStation 2 if you have one of these types. But i don´t know why you should read the manual of your PS2.

It seems that they must advertise for "theorical" differences between the models, but at the end it works exactly the same..

Just forget about it - they´re refering how to insert the disc in the new PS2 versions.
