Wow. That's alot of time. I'll need to look into celiac friendly restaurants for my son too.

I was surprised to see a few pizzerias addressing celiac in Naples (didn't notice any in Rome but would expect it to be a superset).

Just got off in Barcelona before the crusie! Going to the La Sagrada Familia chuch!

Rome is AMAZING( best city in Italy), include the Vatican as well.. Pisa is meh. Rather go to Umbria/Florence or Tuscany.

But Pisa does have amazing steaks, nearly as nice as the Florentine ones.

Also I know it's far but the lake District (Como/Garda) and Venice are incredible.
