(Feel free to delete the thread if this isn't legal to talk about. I have no idea if save files are illegal or whatnot.) I want to do things like get all of the Project Justice characters unlocked without wasting the time to do it and whatnot, but the default program on Nexus cards sucks and VMSLinker apparently doesn't work windows Xp, or i have an outdated copy. Are there any better ones?
