Good place to get Wii Point cards?

I want to buy Bomberman blast for Wii but unfotunately I don't have a US credit card nor do I have access to any place where I can buy Wii Points without huge markups (almost twice the regular).

Does anyone have a site where I can get Wii Points cards for a not so expensive price?
