So I got an order today which had a 10% Share the Love discount on one of the items... when I placed it, the discount went through, and it was reflected in the E-Mail confirmation. I noticed though, that the discount wasn't on the packing slip, and they did in fact charge me the extra 10%... so I call up, and get that fixed no hassles.
I had also noticed, from a few days ago with my price adjustment refund call, that the refunds of like $8, and then 20 cents, and 20 cents, didn't entirely go through. Only one of the two 20 cent refunds went through, apparently because either my Amazon or my bank must've thought it was an error to have two of the exact same refund transaction within a minute of one another. So I brought it up since I was already on the phone with them.
"Yeah, it shows that both of those went through on our end, but I see you order from us a lot, so how about I just send you a five dollar promotional certificate?"
(shocked) "Yeah, that'd uh... that'd be great!"
