Also how do you get all your extensions in a pull down menu?

between the omnibar and the left-most extension, you are able to drag the extension "area" to the right and make it smaller, which will condense into a dropdown menu, starting from the furthest right extension
tl;dr: drag right from the area between the search bar and extensions

EDIT 2: Ok, now it's highlighting everything
except threads, which is the reason I wanted the extension in the first place.

the code is only able to highlight threads you've created, rather than threads you've posted in (i believe it just does a search for your username in the appropriate html tags, so it wouldn't be able to see if you've posted in it - though i guess there'd be some way around doing it)

Is there a Web Developer-like extension for it?

what, precisely, are you looking for? if you click the wrench > tools > developer tools there is a whole bunch of stuff in that window, i'm not sure if it is what you are looking for though

Another oddity is there's three instances open when I only have one tab open, displaying Neogaf. I wonder what the other two instances do.
Edit - Opening a new tab created a 4th instance. So two of the instances are the two tabs I have open. One of them I guess is the main Chrome instance that runs everything. But there's still one unaccounted for.

do you have any extensions, they are also counted as an instance - everything runs separately, that is one of my favourite features of chrome - if one tab crashes, everything else is fine
if you can't figure it out, google has it's own in-built task manager with much more detail than windows task manager, just hit shift-esc to bring it up

Also is there anyway to have fastdial like add on in google? it is much easy if all the main website are in front when i start firefox.
thanks

check out the
speed dial extension (link), i tried it, but after some time with it, i decided that I preferred the stock chrome home screen

is there a stop button on top to stop the page from loading and other button like print and something. i did not see them in menu

when a page is loading, the 'reload' button (on the right of 'back' and 'forward') becomes a 'stop' button
