Got a question for Uwe Boll?

Ask him if he really did contact Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka. Lowtax made a FYAD post a while back showing an email Uwe Boll sent.

"Who the fuck are you?"

I just googled a bit, but though I'm from Germany too, I never heard of him. But from reading here I know his films must suck ass. :lol

Serious questions:

-As a filmmaker in the horror/violence genres, are you familiar with Takashi Miike? If so, how would you compare yourself to him, and what do you think of his films?

-What's your biggest stylistic influence?

-Multipart: Your films are getting US theatrical releases, yet you're working on budgets far smaller than the average Hollywood feature. With the seemingly endless flow of talented actors signed on for your productions (probably taking major cuts out of that budget check), what are the sort of constraints that you wish you didn't have, if any, and what sort of film would we see out of you with a $200,000,000 budget instead of a $20,000,000 one?

-You're taking the reins for a number of videogame adaptations. Was this mostly a personal drive, or did your financial backers encourage you to focus on videogame-based plots after HotD turned a profit?

-Your movies aren't well-received by most critics. Do you have any comments to direct at the people judging your films harshly, possibly to help them better understand the sort of finished product you're aiming for?

Those are great questions, but given the tax laws in Germany, I'm sure he doesn't really care about critics, as he's getting $$$ and continued work from shitty films.

Why do you bother adapting videogames to movies when you alter or ignore so much of the original content?

Wouldn't it save time and money to simply come up with your own stories, characters, and scripts, and film those?

This is actually a serious question. Does he pay attention to reactions to his movies and listens to them or does he ignore them?

If he can answer that truthfully I think we will see the overall problem with his filmmaking.

1. What, to you, are the elements that make a good picture?

2. On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate the last 3 movies you've made?

3. What do babies taste like?

4. Have you ever masturbated to one of your own movies? If so, which ones?

How do you convince AAA actor like Ben Kingsley to be in your films?

How do you feel about the critics' and the video game fans' opinion of your films?

...i guess those are serious enough.
These are actually not bad questions. I would really like to know what he thinks fans think of his movies. Is he delusional or does just not care?

And the first question can be asked tactfully like asking why he thinks top actors want to be in a movie genre that was so reviled and considered carreer suicide in the past.

This is seriously THE question I was about to post, in about the exact same words.

Now eXxy, this is really a good question, as it does not involve any diss in a proper form, and with this question, you get to see what he thinks of his own work.

Does he know that he sucks ? This question would make him answer.

Is he thinking his movies are getting better with time ? This question would make him answer.

ask him if he independently funds his own movies.. and if not, how the hell does he convince movie execs to fund his films. also, ask him how the fuck he keeps getting bigger stars on his films. is he connected with a mafia? does he blackmail these people? THE PUBLIC HAS A RIGHT TO KNOW>!

My Q:

"Video game fans cringe at the sound of your name behind any video game project and some even hope you never direct a movie again. There is a website with your name (http://www.uweboll.com/), most likely bought and created by a video game fan, that pleads you to stop making movies. Critics hate you, video game fans hate what you are doing to their games and your movies tank at the box office. What do you think of all this?"

TF: Are you as sick of hearing about the Brad Pitt/Jennifer Aniston break-up as I am?

Uwe Boll: Why? I always wanted to fuck Jennifer Aniston. Now is the chance - hopefully – maybe.

Would you care to give us an update on your progress, Uwe?

6. Will there be a special "Bloodrayne Full Refund" program in order to prevent riots and other types of violent acts in theaters?

7. *SERIOUS QUESTION* What are your feelings on Paul W.S. Anderson, director of Resident Evil and Alien vs. Predator? Do you look up to him?

I remember in a past interview he said something about how he would offer actors contracts at the latest possible moment (ie. Right before shooting), so that way he could "get them for cheaper". So I'm assuming they sign on because it's kind of like a quickie job to keep them busy while they wait for their other acting gigs to get started.

serious question.

Seeing the amount of comic adaptations lately, are you thinking about doing a comic movie adaptation? if so, which?

"As a horror film maker, do you prefer quick, painless deaths, or slow, agonizing ones?"

Then kill him in the manner of which he answers.

-There´s any future project with Cristopher Lambert?

-How did you pass of filming wedding to film movies ?

-I got a script for Tetris :the movie . Yao Ming would be the long block . Danny de Vitto the square block and Rocco Sifriedi the L block . Are you interested ? Is cheap .

wtf?! I don't get it. Again Boll's cast for Dungeon Siege is pretty impressive:

Ray Liotta, Jason Statham, Burt Reynolds, Claire Forlani, Ron Perlman, John Rhys-Davies, Kristanna Loken, Matthew Lillard, Leelee Sobieski, Eva Padberg

One word: HOW?! O_o

Uwe, why do people get mad at you for making movies based on shit properties? Have you ever met anyone who expected a House of the Dead movie to be GOOD?
