It's between brisket and beef short ribs. Especially when you sous vide those ribs for 36 hours and sear them. Wow.

The easiest way is if you live in a city with a fogo de chao, they sell the raw steaks so you can cook at home or you can buy cooked dishes there.

The best steak I've had was a restaurant at a casino I'd go to for our management review meetings, the boss would pay for everything so I would order an off menu 24oz blackened prime rib with blue cheese on top. The thing was so big, there's no way it was 24oz, had to be closer to 32.
