Ended up surprise ticketing Ferry. Got another gun, now at 5! Got 2 Harps. A Lumineria Sword. Put my head down and farmed the hell out of Corow and got all but her final star and leveled her to 100. Also got it set up so I can buy Mobacoins from the app which is way cheaper than buying the cards. All in all made some good progress.
Not sure if I'll bother too hard with this event. I guess I should farm hard for the sword but the drop rate seems to suck for this event, not sure I have the patience.
What, realistically speaking, are the chances of saving up enough free tickets and crystals to spark a character or summon this year? Was thinking a Lucifer summon or perhaps a limited character would be nice. Just, I've usually spent everything whenever a legfest has come up and never kept track of how many tickets and free crystals you get a month to know if this is doable.

Light's a rough grind; I'm still on it, and I've been playing for as long as most of the 'old guard' folks here. Keep at it! You end up with a ton of HP, and while you may not punch pound for pound as hard as Dark, you're going to have a lot of power at your disposal. Especially if you roll into someone like Lucio.
Generally speaking, as far as I know, sparking takes about a year of saving up in order to get it done. I don't know if that's counting people saving their 10 roll tickets from various purchases.
I may be wrong here, but I do believe that Lucifer is one of the unsparkable/unticketable Big 5 (or is it 6 now?) summons who you have to luck into from the gatcha.
You should get as many damascus crystals as you can. Not just for this event but for all future events. crystals can be traded for the bar which can be used to uncap any weapon in the game. for us lightscrubs, we can use them to uncap Chev Swords. the first crystal isn't too bad for mats so get that one at least. if you can do Extreme comfortably and don't mind using a bunch of pots, go for the other two.

I have Ferry, and eventually I'm going to want to get summer Heles, but that's it. I'm currently rocking Juliet, Lucio, and Ferry for long fights, and Jeanne, Lucio, Ferry for quick/solo fights. I'm not sure where Amira fits in any more, unfortunately.
I'm pushing slowly for Coda, but I'm mostly focusing on getting my first tier 4 (spartan, mostly because the sword dropped), and getting mats to uncap my guns a 4th time/my 2nd sword, and it's taking pretty much everything I have, haha.

You basically want both Luci and Chev for your summons.
Lucifer X Lucifer will be stronger on off-element fights.
Chev X Luci will be stronger than double Luci when fighting against dark.

I see, unfortunately I can't get Sparta for another 20 days. Is berserker any good ? cause I also have full mlb earth grid.
Zerk is very good in earth.
Berserker it is then, btw does levelling up job iv take more time than extra jobs ? or is it about the same ?

Personally I wouldn't advise uncapping Luci if you have other interesting summons (like Grande, Primals) and/or you are looking into other elements, as raw improvement of double Luci over Luci+Lumi is very small (like 2.5% improvement for 4 swords sk15+3 guns sk15+baha+ex setup)
If you add into consideration double carbuncle setup, especially not running Bers, and you might even lose some damage in double Luci setup in off-element
I did some calculations -
Adding carbuncle really blow double Luci setup out of water, and as carby is a one of the most powerfull source of damage (and with double carby you'll maintain buff for 86% of time) - double luci setup becomes obsolete. And Zeus (Primal) build is still better in the end.
Any tips for playing the casino? I didn't even realize Anat is from it and since I play Wind, I should get that summon.

1k poker is your go-to. It's a net positive to keep trying to double up, even if the chances are risky, you'll wind up positive in the end.

Yeah I figured poker was good for that. I've had some horrible luck but that's how it goes. That said I'm doing the two-card high-low thing and not the single one because at least with two-card I can have some idea of what's higher or lower, even if the top payout is capped.

Yeah, single is kind of a crapshoot. You've got a chance to win real big, but at that point you're better off playing bingo and hoping for the super bingo.

Character is not that bad, especially before T4 classes and if you don't have Tien as there are like only 3 or 4 characters who have TH skill. And for general low-level grind (like Hards, farming GW materials and so on) TH helps.
Still very hard to justify amount of grind, although getting gun element helps a bit and you can get 4 copies of that gun (7.7 million chips for second to fourth gun is still painful though)

Whats the reason for the raid cost decrease for raids, is it going to be permanently 5 -> 3 bp?
I just started playing this and I'm enjoying it. I have really no idea what I'm doing but some of the fights feel more involved than other gacha games. Like at least for now it feels worthwhile to have healers, tanks, etc and not just pure damage.

Narmaya is a really good dark attacker, Aliza on the other hand is pretty mediocre.

Getting free SR characters is always good, if nothing else just for the free 50 crystals.
The wind unknown is good if you don't run a gun cosmo. Light unknown is the worst one because it has medium attack, but if you don't have one then it will do decent, i guess.

It's an item targeted towards endgame and it is very strong (not the strongest, but other have even more difficulties to obtain/to get a proper setup for them)
It was hard but not that much before, and now with planned fixes for vice-vice MVP and red boxes for 2nd and 3rd places it'll be even easier.
I have 3.5 swords already, I got around 1 sword per 400-500 bp spent in magnafest burning (you want to get a very high % of vice-MVP, with full MLB grid with at least 1 sword and ferry for +50% CA damage it's not that hard for 50% Lumi you should aim at)

I get trying to get vice as much as possible but an MLB light grid can no way in hell hope to out-vice Zoi or other burst like Threo.
Joining Chevs is such a crapshoot. 100-50℅; good luck with Aegis Merge when other people are triggering that ability. People actually burst here to push Chev to half health. 0-50℅; Burst burst burst
If you're hosting, well that's a given. You alluded in an older post that three MVP hosts a day probably doesn't mean much in the end and I fully agree there with how low odds are
