Revenge of the Sith turning DS, PSP, GBA to the dark side

Ubisoft and LucasArts are teaming up to bring the adaptation of the third Star Wars prequel to all portables. The game will be released alongside the film in spring 2005.
In April, LucasArts announced a deal with The Collective to develop console games based on Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, the third Star Wars prequel. The games will be released for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox next spring. The film hits theaters May 19, 2005.

Today, LucasArts announced three more games based on Revenge of the Sith for all three handhelds: Sony's PSP and the Nintendo DS and Game Boy Advance. In keeping with its recent strategy of outsourcing development, all three games will be developed by Ubisoft's Montreal studio. They will also ship around the same time the film premieres.

Ubisoft promises that Revenge of the Sith will take advantage of each of the systems' strengths for each version of the game, offering challenges and situations based on the Summer 2005 flick.

I thought the episode 3 console game was made in house at lucasarts.
It was a collaboration between LucasArts and The Collective but that changed when they fired all of the ROTS staff and handed the whole job over to The Collective.
