They just announced it. Dont expect it sooner than in 2028.

IMO i think they want to get it out before GTA VI so 2026 is my guess, but it's hard to say honestly.

Not a chance. They were making VC Next Gen Edition for like 3 years or more. San Andreas just started developement from what they said on Telegram and it will be a monumental task to complete such a project (scale and more activities than in Vice City).
