What are kolaches?
I googled for it, but the first images are of some cakes and a pig, so that's not really helping.

Sausage kolache, sausage and cheese kolache, ham and cheese kolache

Basically

The bread has a sort of sweet taste to it...I guess.
Filled with sausage...sausage and cheese, ham and cheese, or pretty much whatever you want to put in it. I think shipley's also sells fruit kolache's in some locations.
