It's fucking awesome. First game I played yesterday at the show

The game really is a homage to the old Sega games. You've all seen the screenshots of the Afterburner-esque level where you're standing on a airplane...I also played a level that was essentially a revamped Flicky (remember that game?) - the whole level rotates around you and you have to pick up the little chicks and guide them to the exit.

Good stuff. I was skeptical when I first saw the screenshots, but I'll be picking this one up, I think.

my most anticipated game showed at E3 this year.

Sega should work with treasure on a super hi res verion in 2d for big console. Same gameplay just prettier and more animation frame.

It's also at Sega's booth, natch.

It's a lot of fun and I find myself stopping by for another go each time I walk past the Sega booth. It helps that blinded, 3D-obsessed gamers and gargantuan man-children gathering fucking T-shirts have no intention of playing a 2D game, so there are no lines.
