Anybody know anything about this shit called HAARP?
It's some high-tech military scientific research being done with Tesla coils. Supposedly the weapons capabilities can be pretty fucking amazing, up to and including starting earthquakes at the target of our choice, mild-brainwashing, tsunamis at our targets, etc. There are allegations that it makes it so we can almost create our chosen weather disaster of choice whenever and wherever we want.
So yeah, does anybody know much about this? I wanna read this book, "Angels don't play this HAARP", that goes into details about it all.

That's what I get for going back and changing my "at least ten years" comment to "a long time" (without erasing the "for at least") after I saw that whytemyke's original post had mentioned that it's been around since at least 1993. Sucks to be me.
