So my bud's house was robbed of approx $15k worth of stuff, mostly electronics. Cops had no clues on who did it. About $600 of the stuff was my games and DVDs. My copy of Digital Devil Saga recently showed up at a Rhino's videogame store I can tell it's mine, a) because anyone who legitimately bought it knew what they were getting and wouldn't trade it in, would at least eBay it and b) there's an exact tear in the cover where mine had one. Hopefully the detective will contact the store(bud is calling them tonight) and get the info on who traded it in along with other games and a PS2. These fuckers will pay. Punk ass kid takes my SMT game after I loan it to my friend's fiance......karmic bitch.

Well, it's listed as a used game, Rhino gives cash for games. And it's marked the same way, missing the OST(had that in my CD player) and came in the past 2 weeks.

Did you buy it back, or did you tell the store what happened? Would suck if it got sold before you could get it back.

Hrm.....that's a good point....but they'll still keep the records and be able to check if it was sold to them with several other games that are already on the report. Dammit, I wish I could spare the $40 to buy it! I did tell the store but until the police contact them, they can't take it down at all.
