Actually, a couple of people released a mini-models pack. You can't actually resize in Gmod.

But yes, Garry's Mod is amazing stuff.

Valve needs to hire him, basically.

Basically allows you to create your own scenarios within the game. Its abit difficult for me to explain, but theres alot of customisation(if thats the right word) within the mod. ie/ You can enter an empty map, place AI characters, ddead bodies, manipulate the bodies, characters, etc etc.
