I didn't think you could snipe tank drivers anymore.... I only played H2 with scorpians on once near the start of release, but they seemed heinously overpowered, I started getting bored after racking up 20 kills and I just started chasing people with it and running them over. Granted you can jack the tank now, but without sniping then your only option is the rocket, which means that if you steal the rocket and jump in a tank......

i could be wrong though, it's a while since I drove a tank.

I just fired up the game and realized that you can't snipe them anymore. I haven't played a multiplayer game with scorpians since November since they don't have them in matchmaking and the people I play lan games with don't like to play with tanks at all.

I still think it would be balanced provided you gave one to each team and the map had multiple rocket spawn locations though. With nades being more powerful now it will probably be easier to destroy them anyway.

I wouldn't imagine that it's until the day gets going. Keep in mind, that both Bungie and Microsoft go by Western time.

alos,i believe it was mentioned in the weekly update that the release will be staggered for different areas.... ie, the first people should get it around 9am, but it will notbe available for everyone at that time
