Well, there wasn't one that I know of last year. The last one I know of was the beginning of March 2012 when Halo 4 was first shown. There hasn't been any announcement of any event for this year. To make it worse, Phil Spencer just tweeted that there won't be anything major at GDC this year, and that most news will be closer to e3.
