I think a few minor adjustments would help it a ton, pistol and DMR as spawn loadout would help, everyone already has to use sprint in pro I think, it's just that things like swords, hammers and sniper rifles become a little too dominant, I need practice of course but right now it's a ton of stress compared to playing with regular AR pistol spawn with a good mix of gear on the maps.Shake Appeal said:It should be DMR/pistol start, no loadout selection, everyone has Sprint. Swordbase just isn't a nice map for the more tough gametypes like pro and multi flag, it can become so imbalanced.

Yeah, I'd say it's the latter. Still, part of me thinks that if I rail a guy 5 times with the needle rifle he should at least die or something. (Maybe that's the battlefield/cod talking). Headshots are everything, that's for sure.
Looking forward to playing again this evening, now that the beta is open to the general public. I expect the influx of hundreds of thousands of people will serve to water down the talent pool such that ordinary people like me can have a bit more fun with it.
There is that app that explains the rating formula.
