Halo: Reach |OT7| What are They to Say Now?

How frickin' hard is it to make sure that if there's a challenge that requires a specific map, that that map is ACCESSIBLE?
I'm currently on my third run-through of the Score Attack voting scheme - the first two I had to quit out to the dashboard because Overlook never appeared. That's 18 voting choices with none that match the Challenge.
HOLY FUCK my third run-through gave me Overlook as the LAST choice. That's absurd.
At least I'm playing, I guess.
It's also hard to get Installation 04 and Unearthed now. I've gone through around 10 voting rounds since one of the last updates without either showing up.
Note though: you don't need to dashboard, there's no quit penalty for Score Attack. As an aside, if any future game has map specific challenges, the backend should increase the weight of that map for the day.
It's definitely annoying. Score Attack used to (as far as I remember, could be totally off base) just cycle through all the maps without repeating any so you could get whatever you wanted. wow wow wow, I'll wait for the new thread to share an "AMAZING" match I had on Renegade, if 343 ever see this I hope this is the last time I see Banshees on that map.

There might be. I could set up a script on FUD that would load a new picture each time and all you'd have to do, as far as I know, is just insert it like a normal image on GAF here. I'll have a look.

Also, goodbye my one and only main HaloGAF thread. I was hoping some Halo 4 news would be released during your time, but it was still fun.
That would be pretty great. It would be fitting for a community thread to have community contributions cycle through the OT like that. I imagine we could get a lot of good stuff in there.
I haven't had time to work on a tweaked OP - work has been apeshit this past week, and today is even worse - so it will start with the current and I'll evolve it a bit when I get time.

Maybe the new thread will somehow revive my desire to play Reach, because right now that level is hovering around 0. :-(
Here's one I've been using for forums that still let me input external avatars:

Throw that in a directory with ".jpg" or ".png" or ".gif" at the end of it's name (so the forum BBcode will accept it) and throw images into the directory, and it'll choose one. Very simple to use.
This image will change on each reload:

Thats why i included them the Halo 4 logo has a large hexagon overlay.

This. Add in the Bungie and 343 logo (and the GAF logo as the reflection in the Chief's visor, like I did in mine), and we're all set. :lol

I'll mention this again when we get to the new thread, but Wu lovingly set us up with a script to rotate images. We have folders for both headers and footers. Right now I've tossed in four of the ones from the past few pages for the headers.
My thought is, everyone can contribute their own, and everything appropriate (ahem) will go into the rotation.
We should agree on some kind of standard for dimensions. I have to go to a meeting for the next two hours, but I have the new OT ready and will hit post in a few minutes, and I'll work in updates later today.
