As for my bday: Got some cash to burn right now. Probably gonna hit up Best Buy later today and see if I pull off any impulse buys.
As for the idea of the NY trip: That may be a no-go at the moment...
Turns out that'll be around the time that all CSC (Event Staff) branches will start sending out their groups of employees (major ones include LA, Boston, NC, Houston) and I'm hoping to be included. We won't find out til toward the end of the year....so, guess I shouldn't make plans yet if I want to attend (well, work) Superbowl XXXIX.

Oh, I thought you worked only for Reliant stadium. That's great if you have a chance of being flown out to gigs like the Superbowl. Good luck with that.

There's been trips to Colorado (I haven't been), and trips to Kyle Field (College Station, Texas A&M). SuperBowl is our biggest company thing though. During the SB here, there were employees from Boston, NC, Denver, and LA, as well as a few from other random parts of the country. It was pretty cool, some people were saying it was their 3rd, or 4th SB that they had worked (the ones from LA where the biggest office is). I hope to do the same.
