Hope everyone enjoys it.

Myself, I will be working, plus I need to go to grocery store to buy some food because tomorrow, and day after tomorrow stores will be closed.
Was thinking to start No Nut November, but then realized that it is pointless, since it will just make me irritated for no real gain.

I guess everything, for most part will be the same for me.

As for games, not that long ago, I said I started Genshin Impact, and I did, played until the Mondstadt, talked with everyone, explored around, really liked it all, but the fact that I am not update with Honkai Impact 3rd that I was into for, like, 2 and half years now, it just was annoying, so decided to uninstall GI, and put it aside until I reach the satisfying ending part of HI3.

But then again, now Metal Gear Delta: Fox Hunt is also out, and frankly, it really looks good...

Say what you want, but having a lot of choice can sometimes be suffocating in its own way.

My younger one had a peanut allergy. She did oral immunotherapy early this year and is officially peanut allergy free now.

That means I don't get to eat all the Butterfingers and peanut butter cups anymore

We live in a gated community and had zero kids last year. Just in case, I'm going to run down to the grocery outlet to have some candies on hand.

Yeah but now I don't have a justification to confiscate it anymore lol.

But IMHO there's a tier list and anything with peanut butter is at the top. Just below that is Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish.

Smarties and candy corn are at the bottom. The rest is debatable.

I got a story for y'all.

Back in 6th grade I decided not to go trick or treating because I felt too old.
But my mom and aunt convinced me to go one last time.
They put together a shitty looking clown costume with one of my aunt's dresses and did my makeup.

So off I go with 2 of my buddies.
When we were done around 10 PM with our bags full of candy we decided to take a shortcut in an alley on our way home.

All of a sudden some older kid shoves me from behind to the ground, steals my bag and is off running.

As I'm slowly getting up I see this Dodge Charger at the end of the alley suddenly showing its high beams and roaring its engine.

The car just zips past us and makes a left at the other end of the alley.
A couple of minutes later the car comes back and stops next to us.

It was an undercover cop

He gave me back my candy and I thanked him by giving him some too.

Oh and he looked like Tom Selleck

I was happy to have been saved by this badass dude and couldn't wait to get back home and tell my mom.

We gave her peanut butter at 7 months and were pretty shocked when she broke out in itchy red splotches all over her face and neck. Neither I nor my wife have any history of food allergies in our families.

For the immunotherapy she had to go the doctor once a week to get her new dose and wait 45 minutes to make sure no reaction. Then repeat that dose at home for the rest of the week. First few doses were just a tiny bit of peanut powder mixed with juice, then 0.1g of peanut, on to 1 Tbsp peanut butter at the highest level. It was probably 15-20 increments in all.

After that, she's considered peanut allergy free and has no limit on how much she can eat, but she needs to eat 1 Tbsp per day. Eventually she'll get another blood test and if she shows no reaction to the peanut proteins then she's done for good.

(she also had allergies to eggs, shellfish, almonds, and walnuts, but thankfully those all went away on their own)

And yes, she has taunted me several times about how I don't get to eat all her peanut candy this year!

That's always a fun way to spend National Cosplay Day. I do the same and the places we go to take the kids trick or treating have some houses that go all out in decorations. Like ridiculously all out.

One guy put up so much stuff he had an incredibly large X Wing Fighter on his lawn with various radio controlled R2 units rolling around with a Vader statue.

Happy Halloween!

Just hanging out with my family. We have the home decorated with Halloween stuff, Govee lights turned all flashing and spooky looking. Also played some FF16 and tried out Keeper which I knew would be pretty neat.

Never was into going to parties nor trick or treating stuff. I'd rather stay at home and have fun in my own way. Not like kids are here where it's all old people in a rural area anyways.

Took my daughter and her friends last night and they got an insane haul in just an hour and a half of trick or treating. Would have gone longer, but I could tell my daughter's buddies were falling apart after that walk, just panting lol. Kids are so out of shape these days, it's a shame, but anyway, it's the best day of the year by far, and we had a great time.

He loves that movie. Unicron is one of his favorite transformers because of it.

Surprisingly he was unfazed when Optimus died and laughed when Galvatron killed Starscream lol.

Megaton rips Sentinel Prime apart in Transformers One so he's conditioned to robot on robot violence.

I'm slowly getting my son into Gundam with capsule toys from the mall. He likes building them.
