A great man, often lionized as larger than life. But if you look closely at who he was, he simply was like everyone else, but stepped up when he saw he could make a difference to better others. Every one of us has the capability to make a difference. We won't all be MLK but we can make someone feel safer, remind someone they are loved, or stand up to defend someone against injustice.

Dr. King was more than the I Have A Dream speech and the civil rights movement... He was also for the Poor People's Movement and workers' rights... There was a lot about Dr. King that's been sanitized and minimized to just part of his most famous speech.
