Friend's maid made this shanghai dish call Lion's Head (meatballs) that was one of the best meat dish ever!

The day before the start of new years and I already had foods galore. My parents did their thing with the traditional food giving rituals and to the deceased. Went outside at midnight and burned "money". Lit a few strands of firecrackers. Had a few people complaining and threatning to call the police haha. Screw off, it's only once a year. The dinner table was covered with dish after dish of food. Stuffed myself silly. Hope everyone has a good one! Red envelopes for the win! Yea it is true, every year, you get less and less money. Everyone is gradually getting stingy!
