My wife plays Hexic and the Billards game quite a bit. I've always tried to get her to game on consoles. We had a wheel for Crazy Taxi on the DC. She liked that. I'm going to get a wheel for the 360 when it comes out as well. She tried Kingdom Hearts, Hots Shots Golf and Animal Crossing for a while. However, this is the first time she's turned a console before I woke up to play on one of my systems. She was playing the pool game on XBL.

I think Arcade is great for the "games got to complicated for me" crowd. So maybe this is a good step in the right direction.

Half the reason why I think sports games are so popular is because people know the rules beforehand, no puzzles to figure out, just like old-school games. Though skills are important, you can still play even if you aren't the greatest with the controller. That's my take at least.

I only played Hexic a couple of times. That score is purely me just trying out the game. Smash TV score is easy since continuing doesn't erase your score.

Hexic should already be on your 360 right out of the box.
