Move in shadows. Strike like lightning. And make them fear the things that go boom in the night.

Detonate for Democracy with a loadout of tactical thunder and Spec Ops gear from the new Redacted Regiment Warbond.

Requires base game, paid purchase of Super Credits, and game progression to unlock.

Does this game has a solo queue? Not playing with a team?
Looking at ARC Raiders, i thing that would be a win for them.

You can solo without a team. Difficulty dependent.

It's a blast though with at least a buddy due to the sandbox nature of the game.

i wish i could still enjoy this game. after almost 2 years, its just starting to lose its fun fighting the same 3 factions over and over again

Cross progression or no more money spent.
We almost had it. Then PC gamers cried about having to have PSN accounts for a cross-play game and when on a downvote crusade.

The same PC gamers that create R*, Activision, Epic, etc., accounts for cross-progression & cross-play games. :pie_eyeroll:

Nothing is preventing Sony from making it possible AS AN OPTION for those who want it.

Like, I don't know.... maybe something ala "link your PS account to get crossplay and an Horizon skin for free" or whatever. Took me 10s to have an idea. But I guess it's better to shit on a playerbase that don't want this FORCED on them because... reasons?
As for R*, Ubi etc... the account is OBLIGATORY from the get go, not once you brought the game and played for days without an account. And nobody's saying it's good btw. Please stop defending bullshit practice by big corpo.

From what I gather for cross-progression to work in most games, you need to have an account of the infrastructure host maintaining it. Which is why every game that has cross-progression REQUIRES it and it's not optional. It becomes a back-end logistics nightmare trying to maintain some and not all.

And yes, the player-base whined like bitches when Sony was going to require a PSN account for the cross-play game like every top cross-progression/cross-play game in existence right now. And they all make accounts with them.

When I fire up Fortnite, it requires me to make an Epic account, any R* game, same, any CoD or Activision with it... guessed again, same.

The ones that don't have cross-progression and just cross-play, are not as strict in account requirement. And most of those are older games without it in mind either (some Ubi games, etc..)

Further proves it's whiny shit.

Eyes can't roll hard enough for such pussy shit. As we are all playing on corporate devices, whining on corporate devices, and playing corporate made games. :pie_eyeroll:

Optional PSN linking for cross-prog is 100% feasible, and Sony's already doing it in other games.
Your "logistics nightmare" take is outdated FUD. Crossplay has worked flawlessly with PC/PS5/Xbox for almost 2 years without forcing PSN on anyone, just invite codes via Social menu. No backend meltdown.

Syncing progress for opt-in players? Trivial: unlinked folks keep platform-locked saves (Steam/PSN/Xbox Live). Linked ones merge via a unified ID. Warframe, Destiny 2/Bungie Cross Save, WB Games titles etc... all do optional linking for cross-prog. You pick/link accounts, designate a "master," done. No nightmare, it's just standard dev work.

Every example you gave (Fortnite Epic, CoD Activision, R*)? Requireda launcher since day one, no retroactive bait-and-switch after players grinded for 100+ hours. You might not like it but it's 2 VERY different things.
Helldivers launched account-free, Sony tried forcing it months later (delisting 170+ countries btw), community pushed back, they caved. IDK why your salty about that lmao.

Carrot > stick. Sony's playbook now: in-game incentives for voluntary PC PSN links (e.g., exclusive cosmetics). Exactly what I was saying, only took them1.5 years post-backlash to get the memo.

Finally, the language you use make me feel like you're the whiny little bitch.

Nah, some of those PC gamers were still being whiny bitches about an account creation when they've capitulated and have been doing them for well over a decade.

And yes, I want cross-progression for this game. It holds me back from double-dipping. Since it's all figured out now, I'd wish they'd get on it... yet somehow, they don't. Strangely. Leaving money on the table then from a lot of double-dippers, no?

Some, for sure. You'll always fond people to complain about everything but that was not the point you made at first.

Anyway, fuck those 170+ countries I guess? You want cross-prog? Join the club, we all do. It'd let double-dippers like you buy extra copies without restarting like chumps. But Arrowhead's still dragging their feet, the CEO straight up said they'd "love" it, but "no plans currently". Their loss.

As to why, I have no idea. Why did they use that old engine? Why did they put more bugs than fixes in half the updates? I don't have the answer. They're prioritizing Warbonds and gear over a feature that's figured out in tons of games, Leaving money on the table It's baffling corporate idiocy.

But blame the devs/Sony for that, not "whiny PC gamers". If anything, PC gamers saved the game from tanking. Look at the numbers between PC/PS, I remember seeing like 70% of players were on PC pretty much every time I checked. And that's without factoring things like unavailability in 170+ more countries. Arrowhead themselves said it was stupid etc...

We are all whiners, or winos, maybe it's winos. Yes, I mainly blame them and Sony. Just venting about the wining over a silly account.

Lure mine looks like it could be fun. That grenade might finally be a viable alternative to Thermite. lol at one of the guns being called the Re-Educator.

We can have optional PSN account sign ins for cross progression, yet not require them for cross play. I don't see how this isn't feasible.
