Lost 20 kg in 5 Months and gained some Muscle ,say hello to Fleming 360

Workout 3-4 Times a week,no cardio at all,instead eating very healthy and protein rich and keep a calorie deficite of around 500-800,refeeding every seveth day with carbs,been to McDonalds like 3 or 4 times in these 5 Months.

Loosing Fat is very important because when your muscles are defined they appear bigger and more "athletic"
