I respect all drivers. I totally understand occupational drivers, and will give them leeway all the time. I also understand the stopping distance of a truck has to be greater and hence the larger gap in front. I totally respect people who drive for their living - In many ways, though, I expect them to be BETTER drivers for it, but there are always cases of taxi drivers, bus drivers, courier drivers and truck drivers just believing they own the roads.
I safely cut in because I was being tailgated to another lane, only to be DANGEROUSLY tailgated by a vehicle that would crush me and my family had they chosen to do so, and it sure felt close.
Regardless of the situation, there's never a call to recklessly endanger people. I've had people cut me off, and I just slowly back off. Theres no point to road rage or reckless driving.
I've seen people weave in and out of traffic for no purpose really, and sure, maybe THEY are pro-race car drivers, but not everyone else on the road is, and being erratic puts others in danger.
