All right folks, like many of you, I have a substantial number of games in a sloppy pile that are either half-finished, barely started or not even attempted. I have decided to not buy any more games until the fall onslaught (that's the plan, anyway) and have this list of titles I would really like to complete. Unfortunately, I doubt I will be able to complete them all, because my gaming time is so limited these days, and so I was interested in your opinions on which ones I should attempt to finish first. Here are my titles, in the order they come to mind.

Final Fantasy Tactics
Final Fantasy V
Final Fantasy X
Final Fantasy X-2
Dragon Warrior VII
Chrono Trigger (forgive me)
Skies of Arcadia Legends
Tales of Symphonia
Beyond Good and Evil
Viewtiful Joe
Paper Mario 1
Gradius V
Halo
Halo 2
Resident Evil remake
Devil May Cry
Devil May Cry 3
Rise of the Kasai
Metal Gear Solid GBC
Ratchet and Clank: GC
Ratchet and Clank: UYA
Valkyrie Profile
Ys VI

That's pretty much it. If you're wondering why I have not completed some of the older games, I got out of gaming for a couple of years during college, so I'm still playing catchup on some titles. Probably about half of them I have made decent progress in, but will probably begin again in order to gain the full story, experience, etc. I know that most of the ones I've listed are really great titles, but if you were me, what would be the first five or ten titles you would knock out? Thanks for your opinion.

You need to strategize. Take out some of the short ones first that will make you feel better. Ys VI, beyond good and evil, Halo 2, Ratchet and Clank 1 and 2 are all under 15 hours. Of course by following this strategy you will end up like me with a shelf load of 40-60 hour Rpgs that you can't bear to look at.

A nice way to start would be to rip through the Halo games, then maybe dip into an RPG.

I don't understand how people with little time to play games, can dupe themselves into thinking they'll ever have enough time for an RPG. I recently picked up FFX used in a PS2 game bundle and I'm just looking to trade it for something else, because I have absolutely no desire whatsoever to play it. It's just too damn long.

I have owned most of those RPGs for quite some time now. I usually end up forfeiting sleep to complete them, I can finish one in a couple of weeks if I keep at it. Until a year or so ago, I had quite a bit more time to play than I do now.

Then I wouldn't even consider them now. It's such a pain in the ass with RPGs because if you go away from them for a week or a month when you come back you totally forget what the hell was going on. They're classic games and there's no rush to complete them now, if you just want some gaming fun then like other people have suggested, just go through your shorter games.

Some games like Gradius can be played over time. No need to prioritize it.

Concentrate on the best across your 3 consoles:

Devil May Cry 3
Paper Mario

Do that and your're richer or as rich as any gamer here.
