Pretty sure he's American but was dropped on his head as a baby and damaged the "Thread Title Creation" part of his brain and is now classed as differently abled in that department.

This story is incredible but it is a week old. People were camping when the fires started and the roads to campsite are super narrow, hence the reason to shelter at the lake.

I am glad people are seeing it. The balls on these people must be massive. o7
