And if you don't mind saying, whats your political preference and how is the general mood over there about the election?
General mood about the election seems to be apathy really. No one has much respect for politicians in general, and Blair has lost an awful lot of respect and trust because of the war. No one believes anything he says anymore. Which is what we get for electing a lawyer to run the country :-S
Trouble is the 2 main parties, Labour and the Conservatives, are so similar now that you don't feel you have much of a choice. Plus the opposition leader looks and speaks a bit like a vampire, which means he isn't someone you'd be entirely happy about putting in charge of the health-service ...
The 3rd party, the Liberal Democrats, is run by a likeable alcoholic. But they know they won't get into power, so have a few bonkers policies tucked away.
End result will be a lot of people not bothering to vote I think. And the ones who do will probably be the ones who want to give Blair a bit of kicking over the war and other things. Labour's majority is so big though that it would take a miracle for them to lose though, because of our election system, but they will probably have a greatly reduced majority. There could have no overall majority, which might mean the Queen getting involved which would liven things up!
