What I tried to do was run a game and take a picture, since its a picture of the "high end stuff" you dont really need a "high end" card to view it since its a picture of shit that was captured.
For example show what DVI connection adds as oppose to an analog, which disables graphics and shit and all the eye candy.

Simple, just hit the Print Screen key, and then open up Paint, paste it, and save it as a .jpg file. Then upload that file somewhere like imageshack.us and link us to it. I'm curious to know what kind of quality other people's monitors are displaying while they browse GAF too.

I'm using a Vison 15" LCD/VGA, don't know what 123rl is using. There are some funny looking spots on his picture though, so his cable might be a bit loose.
