Razorback 2 and 2.1 are the only real razorback servers, all other razorback 2.x are fakes.

The funny part is it made no dent in the number of users on ed2k, people just switched to a different server and go on unaffected. Still 3.5 mil users according to slyck.

The half life of a torrent is considerably less than that of files on p2p networks. If you want older obscure stuff that isn't easily available to purchase, emule et al are more likely to serve you well. On the other hand, if you want last nights' Lost it'll be easy to torrent.

Also, torrents dont offer single song files and things of that nature.

There's one thing I don't understand. Do the number of users on the servers matter? Or are all the servers linked such that it doesn't matter which server I connect to? I'm currently connected to BigBang 4 but it has a paltry 21k users only compared to the 1 million that Razorback 2.0 always had going....

I thought you just had to connect to any server, numbers of users not mattering as much. Ive found with emule i get better results with Kad searches rather than server searches.
