www.apple.com/trailers

they've got a good portion of the ones up and online to watch. you can watch the harry potter trailer in hi def, or king kong, which i'm doing right now.

thought that it might interest some of you.

does anyone else think this Little Manhatten movie is actually going to be very good? I don't know why... I usually can't stand these movies, but this looks really cool for some reaosn. The idea of a kid describing love in a movie? Cool shit.

Quicktime Alternative 1.62/Media Player Classic play the 720p videos perfectly. 1080p videos have to much stutter on my pc.

They've had hi-def trailers for months now; ever since Quicktime 7 launched, which is required to see the trailers, as far as using QT goes. King Kong in 720p is lovely.

Watching that trailer made me want to cry. I know I'll probably like the movie, but if the trailer got that kind of a reaction from me, I don't even know if I could handel it in a theatre.

Fucking love stories. I'm such a sap. :)

I can not select them.

What an insightful response! Thaks for stopping in!

Society, you probably need to upgrade your version of Quicktime.
I have 7.0.2. Pro.

Do I need to change my res?

No, that did not work.

I just took the url fromt he source and it plays fine. Weird.

Just finished watching most of the trailers at 1080p (Dual G5 Powermac here at the office) amd they are sweet. Makes me dislike the dino CG in King Kong all the more.

Will XBMC (latest build) play these?

Nevermind... I can answer my own (stupid) question.

Stupid question, but could someone post the numerical equivilants for resolution abbreviations?

I.e., 480p = 800 x 600 (I know this probably isn't right, but just as an example)
