Both sides here are really just monsters:

"Establishment" GOP senator- "Let's do (awful thing) and give a big tax cut to the wealthy in the process."

Freedom Caucus rep/Paul/Lee/etc- "The establishment is failing the American people, their (awful thing) isn't horrible enough and their tax cuts aren't big enough!"

Meanwhile the American people just want the ACA fixed, not repealed, not rewritten into some monstrosity.
