How do you make your mac n cheese?

Sausage and macaroni and cheese? I have never heard of this. That almost sounds tasty enough to make me drop the vegetarian schtick. Macaroni and cheese with tofu chunks just wouldn't be the same.

Anyway, I like my mac and cheese with nigh intolerable levels of pepper.

Organic macaroni, boil to the breaking point. Drained, then I shred copious amount of havarti cheese into the pot. After adding a few drops of hot sauce, I mix vigorously, and stuff my maw until I can't see properly.

I cut up either hotdog or reindeer sausage in mine along with a little hot sauce and a little bit of shredder chaddar.

Vegetarian sausage tastes better mixed with other stuff anyways.

Boil water, then noodles, drain pot while dumping noodles into strainer but do not return noodles to pot.
Keep pot on low.
Add butter+milk, let butter melt.
Mix in powder marketed as cheese.
Return noodles to pot, mix.

If I was going to add anything else, I'd have it cooked already and mix it in with noodles.
 
Never the same twice. Maybe add in some tuna. Maybe a can of "Cream of Chicken" soup. Perhaps some broccoli soup mix. Once (and this I definitely won't repeat), baked beans.
