How reliable are Hong Kong eBayers?

Musashi Wins!

FLAWLESS VICTOLY!
Here's the thing. Any newer GBA game can be had for ridiculous prices on eBay. No box, no book...english game. Good feedback histories and no mention of "hey, this is a pirated cart". Do a lot of dealers over there just have impeccable sources, or is the piracy to a level that your average eBay customer has no idea? I mean, I want deals, but I don't want black market. Does anyone maintain a list of "questionable" sellers apart from eBay?

Not reliable at all. 99% of the stuff they sell is pirated, and if you complain about it (provided you receive any item at all, in some cases) they'll never respond to emails.

Most people don't report pirate carts because they either 1)don't care, or 2)aren't aware of what they're getting

Hong Kong is definately full of

I got jacked from a guy in HK via Ebay.
Filed a Paypal complaint but he just scrammed, never to return.
Never deal with HK - way too shady.

even US ebayers sell pirate GBA carts, there's nothing you can do about it if you get stuck with one cause its your word against theirs, ebay doesn't give a shit about it cause they profit off it
