I normally get up at 4am or so, then go to school/work till 6:30 pm. I usually have shit I need to do on the computer (render projects or something) but ill be damned if the moment I get home is the moment I fall fucking asleep for 10-12 hours.
Are there any energy suppliments or something. I dont wanna drink that overpriced red bull shit. blech. Im also trying to give up soda, and its very hard, 1 day down and im already shaking.
I just gotta beware o the diabetes even if I am relatively in shape.
