I don't mean to alarm you but you have dogs on your face
I'm trying to flash my videocard bios (with the original bios) and apparantly need to do it in dos. I don't have any floppy disk (you do need those anymore am i rite?), so what do I need to do to boot into dos? It pisses me off that I have to jump through all these fucking hoops just to do this.

There is no DOS in windows nt/2k/xp. You can make a boot compact disk if you don't have a floppy drive. Do you need native dos, or just a command line to execute a program from?

Well you can't....

The only way you can is to:
1) Boot from a Floppy
2) Boot from a CD Rom
3) Boot from a Hard Disc Drive

If you don't have a bootable disc from 1 of those 3 options, you're out of luck.

But on the plus side I'm pretty sure there are Windows based bios flash utilities somewhere online you can grab.

Boot from your XP install CD and select Repair from the first screen. That should boot you into DOS.

I....don't know. I'm trying to run Atiflash v3.07. I tried to do the flash while in XP, but I don't think it worked.
