dont care bout taking no ozmpic crud drugs quit drinking beers buuuut food imposuible i cant stop eating food taste so good for me eating less deverstating
FInd the root cause for that eating. When I've tried to stop snacking and over-eating I've noticed that the reason for it can be stress or boredom. It can also take a few days for the body to realign it with a new diet where you don't snack or eat as much so just be patient. :)

You are hungry because of sugar. Get your A1C checked, you might be pre-diabetic.

What happens with me is that i eat something and then I immediately crave something salty, then i immediately crave something sweet and only then im full. It's a vicious cycle.

It's basically a chemical imbalance. It's not your fault. You have to take ozympic for it. It is what it is.

You can also trick your body into not being hungry by doing intermittent fasting. Start with 12 hour fasts. Then increase to 14 then 16 then 18 and finally 24. I did this and after just a month i was able to do 36 hour fasts. Your body just stops craving food. When you do eat, you fill up faster. Only problem is lack of nutrients which cause some stomach issues but you can take electrolytes and multivitamins for it.

Be aware of how they sell fasting to make it look better than it is, you can't really eat all you want one time a day, you still have to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight, fasting doesn't introduce magic into your body, so forget 2 pizzas every night or half the menu of a macdonals if you have that type of appetite (you know, the appetite of obese people).

I still vastly prefer small meals during the day to keep you kinda full instead of starving for one day and then you can't even cheat meal properly.

what i found during my intermittent fasting was that my stomach shrank to the point where i couldnt even finish my one meal a day. your body adjusts to not eating, and then your stomach gets full faster, and you end up in a calorie deficit. but yes, ive seen people not realize that at the end of the day its calorie in and calories out.

Stomach shrinking is a real thing but it doesn't hit everyone the same.

I'm a miserable dude when i'm in cutting, my cousin eat half my portions and he laugh like an easter bunny :lollipop_grinning_sweat:
 
Think of how it's an addiction that was willing and knowingly forced on you by big corporations and every time you buy and eat their shit are giving em money for hooking you up.

Know that lots of the food you deem so tasty are doomed for ban one day because of how bad they are for you, this is WELL know in the responsible circles and the only reason we aren't there yet already is because of corruption and that some people are making a lot of money with it.

Eat every second day - on eating days eat what you want, but keep it keto if you want the best results.

This always works, especially if you have a decent amount of body fat already. The first 5-6 days can be a bit rough, and your might feel a little bit groggy or dizziness as your body will have some withdrawal symptoms from the usual insulin spikes, but after that your natural appetite will decrease. Not only do you lose weight fast, but you also gain a lot of energy and feel way more clear headed.

If your body is in a state of constant digestion it wont prioritize to process all the nasty stuff building up, especially what's stored in the lipid. That's why fasting and keto works so well together.

Be aware that this might not be the best approach if you are building up muscle or doing excessive cardio.
 
Well depends, if he burn 1500 calories in the gym and eat for 5000+ calories, that's not enough.

We don't know how much he over-eat.
Most fatties would be surprised with what they could accomplish with a generous 2500-3000 calories and weight lifting 3x a week.
