Looks very realtime to me. It's using the unreal engine so it should be.

I was excited until the showed the first character. The city looks awesome, but the characters look like generic Q3 throwaways. No gameplay footage, but hopefully someone finally gets the MMOFPS tech right so we can see a great MMO shooter.
