Like I posted before, our personal selling class is making us do sales presentations. Well, I'm doing the Xbox 360. Another guy (to my surprise) spoke today about the Playstation 3. Very casual perspective. As a matter of fact, he knew very little if anything about Blu-Ray, thought the system was definitely launching in all regions in March, and gave it a 399 price tag. This was among the many other problems with the presentation, which included the fact that most of it was a Amored Core 4/Fight Night 3 video.
Well, when I called him on those 3 things mentioned above (price, date, Blu-Ray) the class looked at me like I was some sort of monster. I never realized how much information we have swirling about us on these forums until I asked someone who doesn't. And what do I know about the PS3 relative to, say, sonycowboy? VERY, VERY little.
Still, I feel like crap. I apologized to the guy afterwards and he seemed cool about it, but I know he was embarrassed. Heck, I'm embarrassed.
