I saw Theory of Everything, cried my eyes out. Not necessarily a fantastic movie, but the core about Stephen and Jane was so gut-punchingly earnest that tears were flowing during several scenes.
As the tears were flowing, I thought "I want my moment in time". During the span of like 30 seconds I went through a roller-coaster of all possible emotions. Sadness, despair, loneliness, optimism, happiness, anxiety, fear.
It felt good, like baring my soul to myself.
Is this normal?
