Short answer, yes. Not sure if anyone's elaborated on this but I could share what I know. I know a guy irl who's gone from 6 to 7.5 in just under 2 years and there's plenty of other success stories on those forums.

The thing about it is it's very time-consuming and demanding. You literally have to set aside 90 to 120 uninterrupted minutes every day to doing nothing but jerking your dong in various ways, doing "warm-ups","cool-downs", and other stuff all while keeping yourself at a certain erection threshold. This gives you huge temporary gains and some permanent gains to a smaller degree. If you stop exercising you will revert in size to your "permanent" length and have to start over. Apparently you can avoid injury or damage if you're doing the exercises properly but I'm guessing there's always a risk. Also, guys with bigger dicks make proportionally bigger gains than guys with smaller dicks.

Basically, unless you have a lot of free time, live by yourself, and have no other hobbies (bodybuilding, video games, etc.) it's not feasible by any means. It pretty much has to be a lifestyle choice.
